One of our members, Shari, has asked us to help out wildfire victims in Texas, click here for the blog post that describes the work she’s doing in detail. Shari, and the moderators of an online stitch group, Stitchmap have decided to launch a relief effort to try and help the people in Texas with needlework stash replacement.
At this January gathering, we're going to partner with Shari to put together drawstring bags to put sewing kits in to hand out. Holly’s Quilt Cabin has graciously offered to not only allow us to use their brand new large classroom but to help promote the event and put out a box/basket for donations in the store.
This event is open to anyone who wants to come stitch, chat and help. Email us for wish lists or to RSVP

Our Group Hosts Bi-weekly stitch nights

North Group
meets the 1st, 3rd and if it's available the 5th Thursday from 5:30pm (ish) to closing at 8:30
This is open to members and non-members, we get our own dinner and snack and sit and stitch.
